Concierge Team Leader

Salary: £28,704 per annum

Purpose of the role

To supervise and coordinate the team to ensure the provision of a point of contact overnight and an on‑site presence out of hours in our supported accommodation services ensuring the safety and security of the building and our tenants, residents and service users (TRS).

To provide effective leadership and management in line with relevant standards. Supervising a team of staff to ensure that individuals are safeguarded out of hours through awareness of escalation of concern process, reporting concerns to relevant agencies and recording information on systems and in staff communication books.

You will be expected to contribute to the maintenance and development of the Association’s values, culture, and ethos.
