Ideal Hero Will Have

• A proven experience in a similar role within a 4- or 5-star property
• Exceptional people skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a team
• A hands‑on approach to handling day‑to‑day operational challenges
• A guest‑focused mindset, ensuring service excellence at all times

Responsibilities

• Guarantee an amazing experience for all guests, maintaining high service standards
• Train, guide, and support the team to meet The Celtic Collection expectations
• Supervise daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient serviceLiaise with the Culinary team, addressing guest feedback and maintaining service excellence
