Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in delivering commercial projects within the construction or modular industry? Our client, a growing and well-established business, is expanding due to a significant increase in workload. They are now seeking a confident and commercially aware Project Manager who can take full ownership of projects, delivering a seamless pre‑ and after‑sales service to clients across the UK. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic organisation where you will play a key role in managing multiple projects from concept through to completion.
The Role
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a range of installation projects nationwide, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing multiple installation projects across the UK
- Conducting site visits as required to monitor progress and quality
- Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety legislation on site
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Leading regular progress meetings, addressing delays, risks, and solutions
- Coordinating and negotiating with subcontractors
- Monitoring project costs and producing regular financial and progress reports
The Candidate
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:Proven experience in a Project Manager role within the construction or modular sectorStrong commercial awareness and contract management experienceSolid understanding of Health & Safety regulations (IOSH/NEBOSH desirable)A relevant qualification in construction, civil engineering, or a related discipline (preferred)The ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and build strong client relationships
