ROLE: Project Manager – Electricity Connections (ICP)

HOURS: 40 hours per week

LOCATION: Based in Bromsgrove, with site travel across the UK

We’re looking for a Project Manager – Electricity Connections (ICP) who will manage the delivery of high‑voltage electricity connections and EV charging infrastructure across a varied portfolio of projects.

Role Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of contestable electricity connections up to and including 33kV, alongside EV infrastructure installations, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, DNOs, iDNOs, and subcontractors to meet project programmes, specifications, and client expectations.
• Establish and maintain full financial control of projects, including forecasting costs, managing variations, and controlling budgets throughout delivery.
• Plan, manage, and update project programmes, milestones, and deliverables, responding effectively to changes and risks.
• Promote and demonstrate a strong culture of Health, Safety, and Quality across all project activities and site operations.

Required Qualifications

• Project management related qualification – Essential
• Driver’s licence – Essential
• In‑depth knowledge of HV and LV installations – Essential
• Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills – Essential
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively – Essential
