Our clients are in a position to provide either a salary or a draw to facilitate a comfortable transition into this type of proposition if you are currently on an employed contract. They are also able to offer a straight self-employed contract if this is preferred. Our clients have the ability to tailor packages around the individual and their circumstances. They are able to guarantee high £six figure earnings depending on AUM and forecasted revenue. There is also the possibility of Earn Out’s contributing significantly to the overall compensation.
If you are an experienced professional in the industry (be that investment or holistic planning led) who is looking for that next step in their career this is for you. You will be able to maximise your earnings as well as be paid a £six figure sum upon a capital event or be provided with an earn out which will be a high multiple of your revenue. You will have the freedom and flexibility to develop your portfolio how you see fit. Of course, all our clients will offer you full admin and paraplanning support along with potential leads and structure to help springboard this next chapter in your career.
