A well-established SEN school in Reading is seeking a caring and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with Autism, ADHD, and additional learning needs.

This full-time SEN Teaching Assistant position offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience and make a lasting impact on young lives.

Key Details

• * Role: SEN Teaching Assistant
• * Location: Reading
• * Salary: £90-£105 per day
• * Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm
• * Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities

• * Provide individual and group support to children with additional needs
• * Assist with classroom activities and learning materials
• * Support emotional regulation and positive behaviour management
• * Work closely with teachers and SEN professionals to implement EHCPs

Ideal Candidate

• * Experience with Autism or SEMH preferred (training provided)
• * Patient, empathetic, and committed to inclusive education
• * Excellent communication and teamwork skills
