Head of Account Management – UK Mail (Evri Group)Location: Coventry (hybrid with national travel)Salary: Highly Competitive Basic + Benefits PackageReports to: Managing Director, UK MailTeam: 8 (5 Key Account Managers, 1 Senior Account Manager, 2 Account Managers)About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and commercially‑focused Head of Account Management to lead and develop our national Account Management team within UK Mail. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving retention, deepening strategic customer relationships and growing multimillion‑pound contracts with some of the UK’s largest organisations, including major financial institutions.You’ll bring a fresh, innovative viewpoint and a naturally curious mindset – someone who asks great questions, challenges constructively, and spots opportunities others may miss.
