An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sous Chef or strong Senior Sous Chef to join a well-established, premium hotel group in the Bath area. This role offers the chance to work in a high-quality kitchen with a focus on consistency, standards, and delivering a strong guest experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong Sous Chef or experienced Senior Sous Chef ready for the next step

• Confident running sections and supporting the Head Chef
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Able to perform well in a fast-paced service environment
• Positive attitude and team-focused approach
