Job Description:

What you’ll be doing

  • Conduct feasibility studies and lead design development for hospital renovation and infrastructure projects
  • Manage procurement of consultancy and construction services in accordance with governance and policies
  • Oversee full project lifecycle including budgeting, scheduling, contractor management, and quality control
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and healthcare standards
  • Administer contracts, ensuring proper governance and risk management
  • Develop and implement project governance frameworks, policies, and processes
  • Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to align project outcomes with healthcare needs
  • Support strategic initiatives and special projects as assigned

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Building, Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline
  • 4-5 years of project management experience in construction, healthcare, commercial, or technology facilities
  • Familiarity with PSSCOC and PSSCOC-Lite contracts preferred
  • Understanding of infrastructure regulations, safety, and compliance standards
  • Experience in healthcare or clinical environments is an advantage
  • Strong analytical, planning, and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Able to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
