Our client is recruiting an IT Support Engineer Apprentice to join their team in Balcombe, West Sussex.

Apprenticeship Course

Level 3 Information Communication Technician – 13 months plus EPA.

Location

Balcombe, West Sussex.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm.

Salary

£8 per hour.

Role Overview

Motivated trainee to join the service desk team. An entry‑level IT support role ideal for someone starting a career in IT.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first‑line technical support via phone, email, and remote tools.
• Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Assist with supporting cloud‑based systems.
• Monitor and maintain client systems and alerts.
• Log and manage support tickets.

• Quick to learn and eager to develop new skills.
• Methodical, organised, and calm under pressure.
• Strong communicator.
• Problem solver with good attention to detail.

Essential

• Full UK Driving Licence.
