Reading Warehouse Operative – Immediate Start, Permanent Role

Consultora Excelsior in Reading is hiring Warehouse Operatives with immediate starts and permanent roles. You will perform order picking, and use a voice-automated picking system with provided training. Fixed shifts include AM, PM, and Night, with 12-week rota and a 5-of-7 working pattern.

You will also operate warehouse equipment, maintain safety standards, and contribute to a busy logistics team. Prior warehouse experience is a plus; strong communication helps you succeed.
