Centre Manager
The Role
- Oversee the day‑to‑day operations and performance of the fast‑fit centre
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of technicians and front‑of‑house staff
- Ensure all vehicle servicing, repairs, and tyre fitting are completed efficiently and to a high standard
- Drive centre performance by achieving sales targets, KPIs, and profitability goals
- Deliver exceptional customer service and handle customer queries or escalations professionally
- Maintain high standards of health & safety, compliance, and centre presentation
- Monitor stock levels, control costs, and manage inventory effectively
- Ensure all work is carried out in line with company policies, procedures, and industry standards
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in a management role within the fast‑fit, automotive, or motor trade industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Commercial awareness with a track record of achieving targets and KPIs
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
- Good technical understanding of vehicle maintenance, tyres, and servicing
- Full UK driving licence
The Hours
Perm position.Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pmSaturday: 8:30am – 1pm – Alternating.
The Pay
You will earn an annual rate between £38k – £42k per annum.
