About the opportunity

Our client is a well-established independent firm with a growing commercial property management division. The business is investing heavily in the team and is now looking to appoint a Director to help grow the portfolio further.

You’d be working on a £1bn+ portfolio with a major new instruction coming through, and a team that’s been given the investment to grow properly.

There’s scope to build your own book alongside the existing instructions, and the autonomy that comes with working somewhere independent.

• £1bn+ of commercial assets currently under management
• A 3m sq ft instruction recently won
• A team of over 30 PMs that has nearly doubled in the last 12 months and continues to scale

The role

• Lead service delivery across a high-value, multi-sector commercial portfolio
• Play a senior role in a team that is scaling meaningfully and needs experienced leadership to support that growth
• Scope to bring in your own clients and instructions – this is a role for someone entrepreneurial who wants to build as well as manage existing instructions

What we’re looking for

• MRICS qualified with a strong track record in commercial property management
• Currently operating at Associate Director or Director level
• Experience managing complex, high-value, cross sector portfolios for institutional or private clients
• Commercially minded and entrepreneurial – someone who can grow a book alongside delivering exceptional service
