RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team to exceed sales and KPI targets
• Deliver an elevated client experience aligned with luxury service standards
• Drive commercial performance through analysis, reporting, and action planning
• Ensure operational excellence across VM, stock control, and store processes

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience as a Store Manager or Department Manager within luxury or premium fashion
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing teams
• Commercially driven with the ability to analyse KPIs and drive results
• Organised, adaptable, and hands‑on in a fast‑paced retail environment
