Senior RF Engineer – RF, Microwave & mmWave

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the design, simulation and development of RF & mmWave circuits and subsystems
• Perform RF system analysis, optimisation and complex troubleshooting
• Carry out RF measurements, characterisation and validation of hardware
• Produce design documentation, test plans, reports and technical data
• Ensure designs meet performance, quality and customer requirements
• Support transition from concept through prototyping into volume manufacture
• Provide technical input to RFQs, proposals and customer engagements
• Collaborate with electronics, mechanical, software and systems engineers

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience in RF, microwave or mmWave engineering
• Proven ability delivering complex RF designs in a product environment
• Hands‑on RF test, measurement and validation experience
• Confident working across multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Experience supporting products into manufacture
• Eligible for UK Security Clearance
• Engineering degree or equivalent experience
