Preschool ABA Therapist

Full-time position with hours from 8:15 AM to 4:45 PM, located at our center-based locations in Colchester and Essex Junction, Vermont.

Salary: $22–$24 per hour, negotiable based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement 1:1 ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum under BCBA supervision
• Collect and record data accurately each day
• Maintain open communication with families, BCBAs, and office staff
• Be punctual, professional, and courteous

Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to protect confidential information
• RBT certification is a plus but not required; some professional experience supporting children is preferred
