They are a well-established and growing B2B supplier of filtration and engineering components, supporting customers across agricultural, construction, transport, and industrial sectors. With over 14 years of experience, they have built a reputation for reliability, technical knowledge, and service.
The Role
They are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join the team. This key role involves direct communication with customers, processing orders, and supporting product enquiries in a technical B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle customer enquiries via phone and email
- Prepare and manage quotations
- Support customers with product identification and selection
- Liaise with suppliers, warehouse, and internal teams
- Maintain accurate records using Sage 50, CRM, and internal systems
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Good attention to detail and organisation
- Confident, professional approach with customers
- Competent IT skills (Microsoft Office, email systems)
- Ability to work independently and within a team
Desirable
- B2B customer service or internal sales experience
- Background in engineering, automotive, or spare parts
- Familiarity with filtration or mechanical products
Full Training
Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
Salary & Benefits
- £25,740 per annum
- 37.5 hours per week (9:00am – 5:00pm, 30‑minute lunch)
- 28 days holiday (including bank holidays)
