Engineering Challenge
Our Software Engineers help solve real financial problems for millions of customers. You will work on distributed transaction processing systems, build services on Kotlin with Kafka, Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS Aurora PostgreSQL, and collaborate across product and design.
Your Impact
- Write clean, reliable, maintainable backend code in Kotlin
- Work on scalable cloud‑based systems within a product‑focused Agile team
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers and designers to build and ship features
- Participate in planning, technical discussions and code reviews
- Build well‑tested services and contribute to continuous delivery
- Own work from development to production
- Continuously learn and develop your skills in a supportive environment
Your Toolkit
- Hands‑on experience with C#, open to learning Java or Kotlin
- Commitment to clean code, solid design and testing
- Curiosity, eagerness to learn and not afraid to ask questions

Work Location
- Hybrid role: present at our Manchester office 2‑3 days a week; remote from abroad for up to 120 days a year (subject to right to work).
