We are looking for a Corporate Solicitor to join our award‑winning corporate team at Sacco Mann in Leeds. The role offers strong remuneration and a hybrid working arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Work with senior colleagues on large M&A transactions across Yorkshire, London, UK and internationally.
• Run own transactions where appropriate.
• Support and mentor junior staff.
• Develop client relationships through networking and continued engagement.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years PQE (minimum).
• Strong experience in M&A, private equity, buyouts, joint ventures and reorganisations.
• Team player with excellent collaboration skills.
