You’ll join a busy and growing Corporate team working closely with approachable, commercially‑minded Partners on a broad mix of work, including:

• M&A transactions
• Corporate restructurings
• Shareholder agreements & general advisory
• Exposure to Oil & Gas work within a wider corporate practice

What They’re Looking For

• NQ-4 PQE Corporate Solicitor (Scots qualified)
• Solid corporate experience (seat or post‑qualified)
