Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Landscaping Contracts Manager located in Bickford. The Contracts Manager will oversee landscaping projects from initiation to completion, ensuring efficient management of resources, compliance with health and safety guidelines, and meeting quality standards. Responsibilities include managing contracts, liaising with clients, scheduling and supervising teams, coordinating with suppliers, and maintaining documentation for each project.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, arboriculture, and plot landscaping operations
- Strong organizational and project management skills to oversee contracts and manage schedules
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client liaison and team supervision
- Proficiency in managing budgets, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring project compliance with safety standards
- Ability to read, interpret, and manage contracts and project documentation
- Valid UK driving license and willingness to work on-site in Bickford
- Formal qualifications in horticulture, landscaping, or similar fields are an advantage
- Experience with Microsoft Office or relevant project management software is beneficial
