Human Resource Officer
- Manage payroll processing and HR administration duties
- Handle employee leave, benefits, medical claims, and statutory submissions
- Support recruitment activities including job postings, screening, and interview scheduling
- Coordinate onboarding and employee orientation programmes
- Register staff for training courses and maintain training records
- Assist in employee relations matters, feedback handling, and offboarding processes
- Support HR compliance, reporting, and ad-hoc HR project
- Support administration work for site
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant HR/payroll experience
- Familiar with payroll systems (InfoHRMS knowledge is a plus)
- Good understanding of Singapore employment regulations
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
- Meticulous, proactive, and able to multi-task independently
