Performance Marketing Manager (Paid Media, Digital Acquisition, eCommerce)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Performance Marketing Manager to join a leading heritage retail brand, driving digital growth, customer acquisition, and revenue across the UK, US, and European markets.
This role will own the strategy, execution, and optimisation of paid media campaigns across key digital channels including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms, with a strong focus on ROI, ROAS, and scalable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver a data-driven performance marketing strategy to increase online revenue and customer acquisition
- Manage and optimise paid search, shopping, display, and paid social campaigns
- Own and allocate multi-channel budgets to maximise ROI and performance
- Execute A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and landing pages
- Analyse performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, LTV, and conversion rates
- Build reports and dashboards using tools such as GA4 and Looker Studio
- Identify new channels, audience segments, and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with eCommerce, CRM, and creative teams to align campaigns with brand and trading strategy
Requirements
- 4+ years’ experience in performance marketing / paid media / digital acquisition
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and paid social platforms
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and campaign optimisation
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics (GA4) or similar tools
- Experience in eCommerce, retail, or fashion preferred
- Commercial mindset with a passion for testing, innovation, and scaling campaigns
