What does a Recruitment Consultant do at Phaidon International?

You will develop your network, maintain and nurture relationships, and establish yourself as an expert in your market by doing these core recruitment functions:

Business Development

  • Engage with potential and existing clients to build relationships, identify hiring needs, and secure new business opportunities.

  • Negotiate service agreements and keep clients informed throughout the recruitment process to ensure effective collaboration.

Candidate Sourcing

  • Identify and engage top mid-to-senior and executive level candidates within your specialist niche through headhunting, cold calling, networking and messaging.

  • Develop and maintain great relationships with both active and passive talent to ensure a steady pipeline of high-quality candidates.

Process Management

  • Manage the recruitment process by introducing candidates to clients, coordinating interviews, exchanging feedback, and negotiating offers.

  • Provide post-placement support by maintaining contact with placed candidates to ensure long-term success.

  • Experience & Qualifications

    • A solid work ethic, demonstrated through academic studies, internships, part-time jobs, or early career positions, is essential. Candidates should show clear evidence of commitment, initiative, or progression in their previous endeavours. Applicants are expected to hold a university degree (2.2 or above) or possess relevant work experience, typically amounting to two years in a sales environment.
