Development Management role – Co Living, BTR & PBSA – based in London or North West, hybrid working options
A leading, well-capitalised real estate platform is looking to appoint a Development Manager to join its growing team.
This is a key role sitting at the intersection of investment, development, and delivery, offering full lifecycle exposure across high-quality capital projects.
The Role
- Lead development projects from acquisition through to completion
- Act as client representative / employer’s agent, managing consultants and contractors
- Drive design, programme, cost, and risk management across multiple schemes
- Support investment appraisals through technical due diligence and underwriting
- Work closely with internal investment and construction teams to deliver projects on time and budget
Key Requirements
- Proven experience managing real estate development projects end-to-end
- Strong understanding of planning, design, procurement, and construction processes
- Experience working with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
- Commercial mindset with ability to manage costs, risk, and programme
- Familiarity with UK development processes (RIBA stages, JCT contracts)
Role can be based in London or North West, with a willingness to travel.
Salary: up to £70,000 + £5k car allowance + bonus + package
