About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Workplace Community Manager to lead service delivery at the London offices of a prestigious international banking client.

This is a senior, client-facing role responsible for overseeing all Front of House and workplace services, ensuring a consistently high standard across multiple service lines. You will act as a key point of contact for both the client and senior stakeholders, driving service excellence, operational performance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the General Manager and Senior Portico leadership team
  • Provide strategic oversight of all workplace services including Reception, Client Meeting Suites, Internal Meeting Rooms, Executive Offices, and Client Floors
  • Ensure effective staffing and resource management across all service areas
  • Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs across all aspects of service delivery
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the client business
  • Deliver service in line with contractual KPIs and SLAs
  • Produce monthly client reports and performance insights
  • Conduct regular service audits and implement improvements where required
  • Lead on service-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Foster a collaborative “one team” approach with partners including BaxterStorey
  • Ensure compliance with security protocols and promote a strong security culture on site

What You’ll Bring

  • Excellent communication skills — clear, concise, and professional
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple workstreams
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • Understanding of KPIs, SLAs, and service performance management
  • Experience with AV and conferencing systems (desirable)

Additional Information

  • 40 hours per week
  • Shifts between 07:00 – 18:00, Monday to Friday
