This is a busy 7-day operation with a large team that is enjoyed by city workers and tourists alike. It needs a manager who is committed, ambitious and driven. You should always be thinking ‘what’s next?’ Experience managing a high-volume business is important and a passion for craft beer is preferred but not essential.
