In-House Counsel

Our Client, a technology driven alternative investment manager, is looking for a bright, ambitious 3-8 PQE counsel to join their London (West End) based team as they go through a period of significant growth.

Candidates with a strong investment management track record in practice, or in-house, are heavily encouraged to apply. The GC is looking for a strong cultural fit to underpin a good depth of experience in a hedge fund funds’ team or fast paced sales & trading team.

Requirements:

• 3-8 PQE with a strong track record in a ranked Investment Management or Derivatives practice
• Secondment or formal in-house experience in a Tier 1 Hedge Fund or Asset Manager – highly desirable
• Strong academic track record
• Willing to work in the office 5 days a week
• Right to work in the UK
• Qualified in E&W and in good standing with the SRA – highly preferable
