At Beavertown Brewery, we’re on a mission to brew world-class beer and bring it to as many people as possible.

From our roots in East London to producing up to 90 million pints a year, we’ve grown fast—and we’re not slowing down.

We’re now looking for a WAM to take ownership of our London & Northern Home Counties patch and drive growth across the on-trade.

What you’ll be doing

  • Grow distribution and market share across your territory
  • Manage key wholesale relationships and on-trade customers
  • Win new business across pubs, bars, and regional operators
  • Deliver standout brand execution in venue
  • Build joint business plans and lead commercial negotiations
  • Use data and insights to spot opportunities and drive growth
  • Represent Beavertown in market (70–80% field-based role)

What we’re looking for

  • Proven on-trade/wholesale alcohol sales experience
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills
  • A track record of delivering results and winning new business
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and results-driven
  • Full clean driving licence
  • Passion for beer and the industry
