From our roots in East London to producing up to 90 million pints a year, we’ve grown fast—and we’re not slowing down.
We’re now looking for a WAM to take ownership of our London & Northern Home Counties patch and drive growth across the on-trade.
What you’ll be doing
- Grow distribution and market share across your territory
- Manage key wholesale relationships and on-trade customers
- Win new business across pubs, bars, and regional operators
- Deliver standout brand execution in venue
- Build joint business plans and lead commercial negotiations
- Use data and insights to spot opportunities and drive growth
- Represent Beavertown in market (70–80% field-based role)
What we’re looking for
- Proven on-trade/wholesale alcohol sales experience
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
- A track record of delivering results and winning new business
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Full clean driving licence
- Passion for beer and the industry
