Job Description:
Elevation Engineering & Manufacturing are supporting a business critical hire at the centre of a fast paced engineering function.
This is a high impact role where you’ll lead projects across new product development, bespoke engineering solutions, and product lifecycle improvements, working closely with teams across Europe and the US.
If you enjoy owning projects end-to-end while staying close to the technical detail, this is a great opportunity to step into a visible, influential position.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead engineering projects from concept through to product launch
- Act as the technical bridge between engineering, sales, customers and supply chain
- Drive delivery through structured project / phase-gate processes
- Support global sourcing, BOM management, and product improvements
- Contribute to new product strategy and roadmap development
What we’re looking for:
- Engineering degree or equivalent experience
- Strong project ownership and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working cross-functionally or internationally
- Solid understanding of mechanical and/or electrical systems
- Proactive, organised, and solutions-focused mindset
