Business Development Manager (FMCG Wholesale)

Up to £40k + car allow + bonus + benefits

Role Overview

The Business Development Manager (BDM) will drive commercial success across independent health stores, convenience retailers, and the wider wholesale ecosystem.

This is a key, field-based commercial role responsible for:

  • Growing and nurturing existing accounts
  • Securing new distribution with independent retailers
  • Working closely with regional and national wholesalers to maximise availability, visibility, and commercial performance
  • Executing field sales plans that convert brand awareness into long-term, profitable sales growth

The role is fully remote but will require regular travel within assigned territories.
