Process Engineer – Lean / Continuous Improvement – Romsey, Hampshire

£390/day (Inside IR35) • 10 Months

Responsibilities

• Improving, manufacturing, assembly & test processes to boost efficiency, quality & cost savings
• Leading root cause analysis (8D, RCA, DMAIC) to solve complex production issues
• Driving a culture of continuous improvement across teams
• Implementing Lean tools (PFMEA, 5S, Asset Care)
• Supporting production troubleshooting across electro-mechanical products
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver real operational change

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)

• HNC/HND qualified + Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
• Strong background in Lean Manufacturing & CI methodologies
• Experience with electro-mechanical assembly & testing environments
• Experience in record leading change & improvement projects
• Confident problem-solver with excellent stakeholder communication

Security / Clearance

Clearance: BPSS required | SC preferred (can be processed)
