Ready to drive real change in a high-impact defence environment? This is your chance to lead lean transformation, optimise production, and make a measurable difference across manufacturing and supply chain operations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Improving manufacturing, assembly & test processes to boost efficiency, quality & cost savings
• Leading root cause analysis (8D, RCA, DMAIC) to solve complex production issues
• Driving a culture of continuous improvement across teams
• Implementing Lean tools (PFMEA, 5S, Asset Care)
• Supporting production troubleshooting across electro-mechanical products
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver real operational change

What We’re Looking For:

• HNC/HND qualified + Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
• Strong background in Lean Manufacturing & CI methodologies
• Experience with electro‑mechanical assembly & testing environments
• Experience in record leading change & improvement projects
• Confident problem‑solver with excellent stakeholder communication

Clearance: BPSS required | SC preferred (can be processed)
