What you’ll do
- Support and deputize for the Home Manager, providing inspiring leadership to nursing and care colleagues.
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality clinical and pastoral care.
- Be the home’s nurse expert, utilizing your nursing, managerial, and leadership skills.
- Focus on residents with complex needs, ensuring compliance with latest guidelines, making informed decisions, and maintaining high standards of clinical governance.
- Develop care plans and conduct assessments.
- Perform walk rounds.
- Provide personalized, resident-centered care alongside the team.
Who you are
- An NMC Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD).
- Experienced in care planning processes and familiar with clinical assessment tools.
- Keen to develop leadership skills and clinical knowledge.
- Capable of building close relationships with residents and their families.
- Driven to promote continuous improvement.
