A Role Where You Stabilise, Strengthen & Lead

Not every role gives you the chance to step into services that need direction and genuinely turn them around.

We’re partnering with a growing children’s residential provider to appoint a Regional Support Manager a senior, hands-on leader who can bring clarity, structure, and confidence to homes when it matters most.

This is not a desk-based role. It’s for someone who thrives on being in services, supporting managers, and making things better fast.

What Makes This Role Different

  • You’ll act as the go-to leader when homes need support
  • You’ll step in to stabilise services, guide teams, and improve performance
  • You’ll combine hands-on leadership with strategic oversight
  • You’ll influence quality across a small portfolio (~6 homes)
  • You’ll work closely with senior leadership, including the Responsible Individual

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing “parachute support” to homes needing leadership or capacity
  • Delivering audits, coaching & mentoring to Registered Managers and teams
  • Offering interim management cover where required
  • Identifying risks early and implementing clear improvement plans
  • Driving Ofsted readiness, safeguarding, and compliance standards
  • Supporting teams to create safe, therapeutic, child-centred environments

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong leadership experience within children’s residential care
  • Track record of supporting or improving multiple homes/services
  • In-depth knowledge of Ofsted, safeguarding & regulations
  • Ability to coach, influence, and stabilise teams effectively
  • NVQ Level 5 (or equivalent) In Social Care

Why This Role?

  • Senior, high-impact position across multiple services
  • Opportunity to step into challenging environments and make real change
  • High level of autonomy, trust, and visibility
  • Work alongside experienced regional leadership teams
  • Competitive salary + quarterly bonus
