As Bar Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the venue. From leading service and managing stock to driving sales and maintaining standards, you will operate with autonomy while being supported by the wider ETM Group. This is a hands-on role where you will lead from the front, build your team, and create a consistent and enjoyable experience for every guest.
