F/T Permanent HR Administrator/Health & Wellbeing Champion required for Lisburn. Job Purpose: The post holder will be a key member of the HR team, delivering a professional,efficient, and high-quality HR service. The successful candidate will provide a comprehensive administrative and operational support across all areas of HR, with a particular focus on end-to-end recruitment and onboarding. The role will ensure consistent compliance with organisational policies, HR best practice, and relevant regional legislation. In addition, the post holder will act as a Health & Wellbeing Champion, supporting initiatives that promote a positive, healthy, and inclusive workplace culture. Essential Criteria: Minimum of 2 years similar experience in an environment where confidentiality is essential. CIPD Level 3 or working towards it would be advantageous Training or certification in wellbeing, mental health first aid, or employee engagement. Educated to GCSE level or equivalent, to include English and Maths grade C and above or equivalent. Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with tact, discretion, and diplomacy. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with high attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with colleagues, candidates, and external partners. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and also use own initiative. Flexible and willing to learn new skills and processes. Strong IT skills, including proficient use of Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work efficiently under pressure.
