Small Works Manager

Our client iscurrently looking for a small works manager to handle minor, reactive and smaller planned works, mainly within an education setting, schools and Colleges.

The role will include:

• Visiting sites to establish work content
• Providing costs to client
• Planning and programming in works
• Rasing orders and dealing with contractors and operatives
• Sourcing and procuring materials
• Ensuring works are carried out within the companys polies and H&S.
• Overseeing the works
• Signing off the works with Clients
• Providing feedback for KPIs

25 days holiday per annum, Pension contribution, Mileage allowance.

May suit a carpenter or similar looking to come off the tools as ongoing training will be offered.
