Manager

The Dunvegan is hiring a Manager to support the running of its hospitality business on the Isle of Skye.

This role suits someone experienced and hands on who is willing to lead from the front and be part of a team delivering high standards in a values led environment.

The role

• Work alongside the Operations Manager to oversee day to day operations.
• Support all areas of the business including front of house, rooms and service.
• Lead by example and work as part of the team during service.
• Maintain high standards across customer experience and presentation.
• Support staff development and contribute to a positive team culture.

Working pattern

• Full time role.
• Structured working week with a focus on balance and consistency.
