A large Alternative Asset Manager are looking to hire a Senior Fund Accountant into a successful and growing Private Credit team.
The role will encompass core fund finance deliverables along with supporting Portfolio Managers with forecasting and performance reporting for the strategy you will work on.
This strategy is an open-ended fund strategy so candidates with open-ended fund experience is a plus. They are looking for someone with 2-5 years post qualified experience who is currently working within a fund accounting role.
The role has great progression potential as the business have a team structure that allows strong performers to be promoted – either within the current strategy they work in or within another strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Fund Financial Reporting to investors and internal stakeholders
- Preparation and Review of NAV and Investor packs
- Prepare materials for valuation committees
- Forecasting, performance reporting and cashflow planning for the fund
- Coordinate external providers for regulatory and tax filings
- Ad hoc analysis and project work
- Improve and automate processes
- Use Excel and PowerBI to support analysis and create dashboards
