Location: West Didsbury, Manchester

Hours: 12:00pm – 9:00pm (US Market)

Job Type: Full‑time | Permanent

Amoria Group is hiring Graduate Candidate Recruitment Consultants to join our high‑performing delivery team, focusing on the fast‑growing US Data Centre recruitment market.

This is a candidate‑focused recruitment role where you will specialise in sourcing, engaging, and managing top talent for established, high‑value clients across the United States. You will work closely with experienced Business Development Consultants who manage client acquisition, allowing you to focus on delivery, talent attraction, and building strong candidate relationships.

About the Role

As a Graduate Candidate Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging high‑quality candidates, managing the full candidate journey, and ensuring an excellent experience from first contact through to placement. You will become a market specialist within the US Data Centre sector and develop long‑term expertise in a high‑demand global industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with established clients to understand hiring requirements and role specifications
  • Source, approach, and screen candidates across the US Data Centre market
  • Manage the end‑to‑end candidate process including outreach, interview coordination, offer management, and placement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure long‑term engagement
  • Work collaboratively with Business Development Consultants to deliver on active roles
  • Write and optimise job adverts and use LinkedIn and other platforms to attract talent
  • Develop market knowledge and become a specialist in your sector
