Three9s Talent is working with a respected commercial fit‑out contractor in London to appoint a Senior Project Manager who will take full delivery ownership of fast‑paced commercial interiors projects from pre‑start to handover.

Responsibilities
As Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of commercial fit‑out projects, ensuring every phase is delivered to a high standard with control, clarity and consistency. You will lead projects from pre‑start through to handover, develop structured programmes and schedules, take full control of site delivery, coordinate subcontractors and consultants, maintain high quality standards, ensure compliance (RAMS, H&S), report progress accurately and complete full close‑out including snagging and O&Ms.
Leadership Style
You’re the one people look to when it matters – leading from the front, bringing calm to fast‑moving sites, and acting with clarity. You plan, lead, and deliver; sequence work, align trades and keep control without drama; resolve issues before they erupt and take ownership instinctively – that’s proper leadership.
Success Criteria
- 5‑10+ years in commercial fit‑out, interiors or shopfitting
- A track record of delivering projects on time, on budget and to a high standard
- Deep understanding of sequencing, operations and subcontractor management
- Clear, confident communication with site teams and stakeholders
- A structured, proactive mindset with attention to detail
- Calm, accountable decision‑making under pressure
- A full UK driving licence
