Process Engineer Based near Dungannon, my client is a small / medium sized company who are a very well-established niche machinery manufacturing company and who are market leaders in their field. They are currently seeking to recruit a Process Engineer who has extensive lean manufacturing experience. This is a great opportunity to make a difference in their manufacturing processes and to see real benefits from the lean projects that you will implement. On offer is a salary of £40,000 – £50,000, pension, healthcare and an early finish every Friday. This position offers you a secure, exciting and well-paid job. Role Process Engineer Championing lean methodologies such as 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, and Visual Management. Developing and deploying lean processes aligned with business objectives. Analysing manufacturing, fabrication and business support processes to identify waste, bottlenecks and inefficiencies. Leading cross-functional improvement projects to optimise throughput, reduce lead times, and improve quality. Establishing KPIs, dashboards, and governance structures to track progress and sustain gains. Acting as a change leader, embedding a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. Supporting and coaching managers and supervisors to adopt new ways of working. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve process-related issues.
