CDM Principal Designer / CDM Advisor (Experienced or Trainee)

Kirk & Marsh Ltd are recruiting for a Principal Designer / CDM Advisor to support our growing workload.

The role combines delivery of Principal Designer duties under CDM 2015 with wider health and safety advisory services across a range of clients and sectors.

The role

• Lead and support the discharge of Principal Designer duties in line with CDM 2015
• Work with clients and design teams to ensure health and safety is properly considered during the pre‑construction phase
• Coordinate information and engagement across the project team
• Provide clear, proportionate health and safety advice

About you

• Experience in a Principal Designer, CDM Advisor, or similar role
• Minimum of Nebosh Certificate (Experienced)
• APS membership desirable or willing to gain membership.
• Good working knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015
• Comfortable engaging with designers, clients, and contractors
• Willing to apply judgement and challenge where needed
• Trainee willing to attain the Nebosh Certificate with the company.
• Full car driving licence.
