Role Description
This is an on‑site, full‑time position for a General Site Operative, based in Edinburgh. The role involves performing various on‑site tasks, including shipping and receiving materials, packing, unloading deliveries, and operating equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks. The role supports the smooth operation of the site and contributes to the successful completion of building projects within designated timelines.
Qualifications
- Experience in Shipping & Receiving, Packing, and Unloading tasks
- Full UK drivers license (preferred)
- Ability to work effectively in a team and follow safety protocols
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and reliability
- Prior experience in construction or site operations is advantageous
- Ability to work outdoors and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid certifications for forklift operation are preferred
