You’ll be joining a well-invested, service-led business operating in a fast-paced, contract-driven environment, where performance is measured through customer retention, revenue growth, and operational delivery.

This is a site-based, highly visible leadership role, where you will:

• Lead from the front within the operation
• Build strong, face-to-face relationships with key customers
• Drive performance across sales, service, and operational delivery

What you’ll bring

• A proven track record of driving revenue growth within an industrial services sector
• Experience leading a small team of managers (c.5) and an indirect team of 50+
• Strong understanding of how commercial and operational performance connect
• Experience within either a structured (PLC/corporate) or more entrepreneurial environment — ideally with exposure to both
• A career that demonstrates clear progression and consistent delivery
