AV Project Manager

We are looking for a project manager with strong Audio Visual systems delivery experience. To be successful you must be able to deliver multiple projects on time and on budget, while working in a team environment and keeping all colleagues and clients in the loop.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver multiple high‑spec corporate, hospitality, and commercial AV projects ranging from £200 k to £2 m.
  • Plan and coordinate the installation and integration of cutting‑edge systems, including full presentation systems, IPTV, videoconference solutions (preferably Cisco or Poly), MTRs, huddle spaces and related switching and control kits (Crestron).
  • Manage a team of permanent and freelance installation engineers.
  • Maintain focus on schedules, budgets and client expectations throughout each project.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience delivering AV projects.
  • Experience with full presentation systems, IPTV, voice‑ and video‑conference systems, and Crestron switching and control solutions.
  • Proven ability to manage projects ranging from £200 k to £2 m.
  • Excellent organisational and team‑leadership skills.
  • Must be an experienced AV installer stepping into project management.

Eligibility

This position is only open to AV candidates who live in the United Kingdom and can work legally. The successful candidate must have the legal right to work in the UK.
