About the Role

The Storeman will take ownership of the warehouse, manage stock, and make sure engineers always have the right parts at the right time.

Main Duties

  • Organising and maintaining the warehouse
  • Preparing materials for installation and service teams
  • Checking, issuing, and replenishing van stock
  • Ordering parts, consumables, and materials
  • Monitoring stock levels and availability
  • Completing van stock checks
  • Delivering materials to sites and collecting returns
  • Supporting engineers in stores or on-site when needed
  • Keeping accurate stock records

What You’ll Need

  • Experience in stores, warehousing, or stock control
  • Knowledge of plumbing/heating parts and fittings
  • Confident identifying materials quickly
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Reliable, proactive, able to work independently
