Overview

ECMS is representing an independent, London-based Lloyd’s broker seeking a hands-on Subject Matter Expert to guide a critical system selection project. Our client is moving away from a legacy support model to professionalize and future-proof their operations.

The Role

This is a high-impact, short-term engagement requiring your on-site presence in London. You will provide independent guidance to help a sophisticated broker select and implement the identified broker platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Refine RFP requirements
• Validate platform suitability, integration needs, and limitations.
• Challenge bespoke processes to ensure operational simplicity and scalability.

Requirements

• Proven experience in London Market broker system selections.
• Ability to work closely with Partners and senior stakeholders.
• A pragmatic, outcome-focused mindset.
