Role Overview

As Senior Project Manager (Operations Change), you’ll be working within the Operations Interface & Safety Change (OISC) team, reporting to the Head of OISC. You’ll lead a small team; and you’ll be responsible for ensuring that project plans are in place for the workstreams that the OISC are either delivering or a contributing towards; you’ll also maintain relevant risk logs; ensure that reporting on delivery milestones is maintained and visible to the wider business; and working with other business functions within TPE to ensure that resources and supplies are both costed and in place at the correct time.

Qualifications

This role would suit somebody with a background in Rail Operations ideally with a professional qualification in railway operations, and an understanding of project management principles.

Working arrangements

The role is advertised as a permanent full-time role, however, both part-time and flexible working options are available.
